With this striking tower clad in golden-hued aluminium, IKO adds an elegant touch to the landscape of Differdange. The 58-metre high Aurea boasts an airy architecture with an iconic design. It’s a place for all kinds of people. Its cheerful, animated ground floor has a friendly café ready to welcome passers-by. The floor above house offices and various independent professionals. The rest of the tower is residential, with the lion’s share given over to luxury accommodation on 13 floors.

Apart from its architecture, Aurea is a fine example of our commitment to eco-innovation. It is the first tower in Luxembourg to use recycled aluminium! A technical feat that considerably reduces its carbon footprint.

Privacy 

Private outdoor spaces

Between the façade and the metal cladding, the walkways provide a terrace for each apartment. A transitional space between the inside and outside. Its transparency, with its play on light and shade,
means that occupants can enjoy a private outdoor space away from prying eyes.

Everything is within walking distance

AUREA lies between the centre of Differdange (the country’s third largest city), the Opkorn shopping centre, the international school and the Chiers park, which provides magnificent views. Everything is within convenient walking distance for the occupants.

The Bringme box scans every parcel and delivery, acknowledges receipt and sends a message to the recipient.
The cost for this is individualised, depending on how often you use it.

Smart waste management

E-trash is an innovative waste management system based on the principle of “those who pollute less pay less”. When the domestic waste bin is opened, its user is identified. The aim is to encourage waste sorting and thus recycling.
