Whether you’re walking, cycling, taking the bus, tram, train, or driving, the neighborhood is perfectly connected.

At the heart of Howald City’s vision, mobility is being reimagined to meet both current and future needs. The project aims to encourage soft mobility and promote a diversity of transport options.

The multimodal station is the cornerstone of the mobility plan. It is designed to provide easy connections to neighboring municipalities and countries, with an expected daily flow of nearly 24,000 passengers!

Another key asset of the district is the tram, which has been in operation since July 7th. It offers a fast and free connection between Howald City, Cloche d’Or, and Luxembourg City.

The project also focuses on encouraging soft mobility by creating a cycling path linking Hesperange, Howald, and Cloche d’Or.

Several bike stations and charging points for electric cars and bicycles will also be available within the neighborhood.

For car access, Howald City benefits from its proximity to the Gasperich Crossroads, where the A1 and A3 highways intersect. A P+R facility with 2,000 spaces near the exit makes it easy to park your car.
